You can think of Chef Brendan’s style as a countertop expression of the everyday—the “meat and potatoes” reading is more an homage to our grounded approach than our actual substance. His efforts are rooted in a feral obsession with global food cultures and the hard work and land dedication of local farmers and ranchers. His approach to seasonality and substance is non-negotiable. He cooks as he likes to eat.
Expect pasture-raised meats with a roaming influence, small plates with worldly flair, and occasional nods to childhood favorites.
The North Creek menu is a restless, rotating tour of different times, places, and food traditions…a good conversation between the familiar and the far-flung.
The only staple here is variety.
